Jan McInnis

Jan McInnis has spent the past 17 years as a professional speaker, comedian and comedy writer. She was featured in the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post for her humor, and she has shared her humor keynotes with thousands of organizations from the Federal Reserve Banks to the Mayo Clinic and beyond.

Jan has also sold comedy material to everything from the Tonight Show Monologue to hundreds of radio stations, to greeting cards, syndicated cartoon strips, websites, CEO’s, and even guests on the Jerry Springer show (her parents are proud!). She is the author of “Finding The Funny Fast: How To Create Quick Humor To Connect With Clients, Coworkers And Crowds.”

Born in D.C., Jan was in charge of the “Joke of the Day” for her junior high school lunch table.  Not surprisingly, she majored in communications at Virginia Tech, where she was a disk jockey for the local radio station.  She now resides in Los Angeles.
